wire flattening mill(single driven Turks head) used to roll flat, half-round, rectangular wire and shaped wire from round wires.
it has compact structure with small size, making it ideal for tandem installation. Engineered for the replacement of traditional dies utilized on square/rectangular wire drawing lines, it is fitted with graded carbide steel/SS made roller with diameter of 75mm. Comes with no drives, the round wire can be directly rolled medium or small cross-section profiled wire.
it is commonly equipped with wire or tractor drawing machine, and can be availed with optional devices such as central lubrication system, rolling force measurement system, guide wire device, etc.
